I am taking a little hiatus from performing. Life has gotten busy, I need some time to re-focus and get things into order. I don't want to stress guitar playing into something that is not enjoyable.

Although more expensive, the actual CD is better audio quality than the mp3's available for download from providers such as iTunes. And you get all the fancy artwork!

On Thursday, September 29th, David Leonard will be playing an exciting gig at Civic Center Eats from 11-2pm. Come down to Civic Center Park in the heart of Denver to hear live music, and to find something to eat from one of Denver's dozens of food trucks all gathered in one location. There will be a variety of food and dessert options to choose from, as well as a cafe area set up for you to sit and enjoy the music with your meal.

There are several shows scheduled for the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. These performances will be held outdoors on the CU campus on the green in front of Hellems Hall. Although tickets are required for the various plays being performed as part of the festival, the pre-show entertainment which David Leonard is a part of is free. In addition to the musical performances, there is also catering which will sell food and beverages for picnicking.

Unfortunately, David Leonard will no longer be performing regularly at DiCicco's Italian Restaurant. Due to BMI restrictions, (a business that licenses music, collects fees, and pays royalties to TV and radio artists) DiCicco's will no longer be able to offer live music. Thanks to everyone who has supported local businesses and musicians!

Due to a respiratory infection, the show at DiCicc's on May 27th has been canceled. The DiCicco's performances for the month of June and July have been changed to accomodate this. The calendar has been updated with these changes.
On the Radio! David Leonard will be performing on KRFC 88.9 Fort Collins "Live at Lunch" broadcast Friday, May 20th from noon to 1:00pm. If you are in the Northern Colorado area you should by able to tune into the station. Today, April 6th, is David Leonard's birthday! He is now 23 years old. Why not celebrate by buying a CD or two? New to the schedule is a venue called "House of Windsor" in Windsor, Colorado, between Fort Collins and Greeley.
